Community Programs Stop, Drop and Roll

London Fire Services Public Fire & Life Safety Educators carry out a number of community fire safety programs for various groups, agencies and associations throughout London.  Emergency planning, fire extinguisher training and fire safety lectures are some of the programs offered.  The educators are also available for safety presentations and/or displays at local malls, conferences and at special community events.  The educators work closely with local school boards and the Children's Safety Village.

Treena Semple - Hero
Seven year-old Treena Semple noticed that something smelled funny when she woke up in the middle of the night.  Her quick actions to wake her dad resulted in a 911 call and the firefighter rescue of Treena's neighbour, who had been overcome by smoke from a fire in her unit.
