Fire Safety Plans

The Ontario Fire Code requires the implementation of a fire safety plan for most buildings and occupancies.

A fire safety plan helps to ensure effective utilization of fire safety systems, equipment and procedures in a building to protect people from fire.

Below you will find templates for the use of building owners and employers in the City of London.

Download the appropriate template for your building.  Provide all requested information and submit it via e-mail to:   firesafetyplan@london.ca

The name of your submitted file should be the address of the building.  For example:  400 Horton Street.doc

Please type in the highlighted fields after clicking on them.  For check boxes, type an "X" beside the appropriate box.
